We walk your space, together
Fifteen to twenty minutes, at a time that suits you. We look at square footage, floor types, restrooms, break areas and how your team actually uses the space.
We ask what bothers you now
Most offices have two or three things that never get done properly. Those become the priorities, not a generic checklist.
You get a written scope and a fixed price
Itemised by task and frequency, so you can see what you are paying for. No pressure and no obligation to continue.
You decide in your own time
If you go ahead, we agree a start date and a consistent crew. If you do not, you keep the walkthrough notes.
Walkthroughs are free. We reply to every request within one business day.
